HHHhhhhmmmmmmmmmm...Birthdays!

Last year at this time, I was in Paris with my favorite boy. We had a ride down the Seine and then dinner at Altitude 95 on the Eiffel Tower. Memories are fabulous. I can still remember how mad I was floating down that river! There was bird poop on the glass that blocked our view, so we moved to the outside of the boat. Then a family of 12 sat down in 5 seats beside us, and started to smoke. We moved again. Then, my speaker was not working, so I missed the commentary about the trip. Lovely! (This picture was NOT the one I took from the boat, I did not have a view for that! )
















After getting off the boat, we made our way to the Eiffel Tower for dinner. We were directed to sit about 15 seats from the window to finish off a row at a table. I asked the waiter for a window seat because it was my birthday - and got one! That definitely made up for the bad seating on the Seine. Even though there were ups and downs that day - it was BY FAR, THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!

We went to Panda for dinner with the grandparents, and then I cleaned out Heather's room, sorted school stuff (actually packed my book bag), and talked to everyone for the big day!


All in all, it ranks right up there - since this year was FILLED with family...
